Xavier Leroux is a Principal in the Mexico City office of McKinsey & Company, which he joined as an associate in 1999. His practice focuses on serving clients in the oil and gas and the telecommunications sectors. He has also served several branches of the government sector in Mexico. He has worked for clients in Mexico, the U.S., and South America, on topics related with strategy, organization, and operational improvement.

Before joining McKinsey, Xavier worked for Chase Securities Inc. in New York and for the Procter & Gamble Company in Mexico.

Xavier holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
