The Finalists are coached by Cartier, McKinsey and INSEAD mentors in preparation of the second round where they are invited to Deauville (France) to present a detailed business plan and defend their projects in front of the Jury. Among them, the five most promising businesses, one from each continent, receive the annual Cartier Women’s Initiative Award which includes 20 000 USD and one full year of coaching.
