Joy is a Senior Investment Manager at Beacon VC. She is deeply interested in the potential for fintech and AI to create a more inclusive and equitable world.

Joy is a Senior Investment Manager at Beacon VC, the corporate venture arm of one of Thailand's leading banks. While at Beacon VC, she has led investments in innovative payments technology, consumer platforms, and WealthTech and serves as a Board Observer for a number of Beacon's portfolio companies. Most recently, Joy spearheaded the launch of the Beacon Impact Fund, a $30M impact investment fund that seeks to invest in early-stage startups seeking to create positive impact on ESG issues. Key areas of interest that she hopes to tackle with the Beacon Impact Fund include decarbonization, waste reduction, financial and digital inclusion, and supply chain visibility.

Prior to joining Beacon, Joy was an Investment Manager for Kasikornbank's treasury department, developing investment recommendations for fixed income securities and derivatives for the bank's fixed income portfolio. She has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Brown University.
