The 2010 Finalists were selected by the international Jury based on criteria of creativity, sustainability and social impact. Coached by Cartier, McKinsey and INSEAD mentors, they are preparing their detailed business plans and oral presentations for the next round of the competition. The five most promising businesses, one for each continent, will receive the annual Cartier Women's Initiative Award, prize money of 20 000 USD and one full year of coaching.
