Film Producer
Producing advertising spots for major multinational companies
Mrs Joyce Ventura has conducted studies, internships and various film workshops (with Jean Claude Carriere, Gabriel Garcia Marquez among others) in Colombia, France, the USA, Germany and Cuba. A film producer with an entrepreneurial spirit, she co-founded the film and advertising production company UNO Ltda, created in l971 in Bogota (Colombia) and has worked on more than 2 000 advertising spots for clients such as Pepsi-Cola, Marlboro, Renault, Mazda, Iberia, Unilever, Colgate Palmolive... More recently, she was involved in the founding of the film-production channel G3, an international partnership project between Colombia, Mexico and Venezuela.
Involvement in short films and feature films
Mrs Ventura's work encompasses both short films and feature films. She was the director and screenwriter of a short film on child prostitution, No Hay Mal Que Dure Cien Anos (No evil can last a hundred years) which received the Grand Prize at the Moscow Film Festival in 1980. Among the 12 feature films she has produced: Gamin by Ciro Duran, a Franco-Colombian coproduction, presented at the Cannes Film Festival Quinzaine des Realisateurs, Tropical Snow by Ciro Duran, a US/Colombian co-production with Madeleine Stowe and David Carradine, Paramount Pictures worldwide distribution.
In addition, Mrs Joyce Ventura serves as image consultant for the Colombian Tourism Promotion Fund and has worked with the Colombian Ministry of Culture on the creation and executive production of the Film Marketing Seminar in Bogota and Carthagene.
Mrs Ventura serves on the International Advisory Board of the Women's Forum for the Economy and Society.

- The recent focus of his work is on social entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility and their impact on the process of sustainable development.

Rosana is one of the controlling shareholders and Director of Morro Vermelho S.A. (PMV), which is the controlling holding company of the Camargo Corrêa Group, one of the largest private business conglomerates in Brazil. The Group comprises 18 companies, mainly within the industrial, infrastructure and consumer products arenas, employing over 30,000 people.
Over the past 12 years, Rosana has been very active and increasingly involved in the most relevant and strategic matters of the Group. She has participated in the development of the Group's growth strategy, including international expansion to other countries in Latin America, Europe and more recently Africa, as well as acquisitions, divestitures, investment policies and selection of some of the key executives of the Group.
Rosana has a great retribution drive, focused on helping the development of sustainable life dynamics for less favored individuals and families. In parallel with her corporate attributions, she has been a very active board member of several non profit organizations - notably in the areas of endangered youth protection, education, community development and corporate social responsibility, either through entrepreneurial initiatives or serving in already consolidated organizations. Rosana was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is married to Fernando de Arruda Botelho, has two daughters and one son, and two grandchildren. She holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the Mackenzie University in Brazil.
Xavier Leroux is a Principal in the Mexico City office of McKinsey & Company, which he joined as an associate in 1999. His practice focuses on serving clients in the oil and gas and the telecommunications sectors. He has also served several branches of the government sector in Mexico. He has worked for clients in Mexico, the U.S., and South America, on topics related with strategy, organization, and operational improvement.
Before joining McKinsey, Xavier worked for Chase Securities Inc. in New York and for the Procter & Gamble Company in Mexico.
Xavier holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

An international background in banking and telecom
Maria Margarita Melo de Vaquer was born in Washington D.C., USA, but is an Argentine citizen.
Daughter of an Argentine diplomat, Mrs Margarita Vaquer lived and studied in Brazil, Peru, France, Algiers and Switzerland. She graduated as an Economist from the University of Buenos Aires and started her career in the banking sector, working for Boston Bank Foundation in Buenos Aires, and the Credit Lyonnais in Paris and Argentina.
During her time at the Credit Lyonnais she participated actively in the privatization process that took place in Argentina in the '90s. In particular, she assisted France Telecom which, in association with the Italian Stet, acquired the privatized telecommunications company Telecom Argentina. Hired later by the France Telecom group to organize and manage France Cables et Radio office in Buenos Aires, she would remain in that position until 1995, when she moved to Geneva, Switzerland due to family reasons.
Launching micro-credit programs in rural areas
Since 2000, she is the Director of Public Affairs of Rincon de Corrientes S.A., a food-industry group which owns cattle-producing ranches or "Estancias", an extremely important activity for Argentina both for the local market and for export. As such, she works closely with the authorities, at the provincial and national levels, on issues of environmental protection, road construction and maintenance etc. In 2006, in the province of Corrientes where the largest Estancia is located, she participated in the launch of a micro-credit program directed at remote rural areas.
Margarita Vaquer speaks 4 languages: Spanish, French, English and Portuguese. Married, with four children, she currently resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Founder of Winters Media Consulting
Rosemary Winters is the founder and Executive Director of Winters Media Consulting a firm that specializes in providing consulting for publishing groups in the areas of integrated marketing programs in print, online and event coordination.
Prior to that and until April 2007, Rosemary was working for CondeNast Latinoamerica as the Director for Latin America. In that role she was responsible for managing a sales team in the Miami office and a network of international sales representatives in Latin America for the pan-regional Spanish editions of Vogue and Glamour Latinoamerica and Mexico. She was also responsible for the US Sales into the Mexico editions of Architectural Digest and GQ. In her capacity as the Director, she was responsible for strategic planning including the reporting of the Miami operation to the head office in Mexico and the international operation of CondeNast in London. She supervised and coordinated the logistics of local and international event participation and flagship ceremonies including the Glamour Beauty Awards to achieve branding and positioning of each publication.
In 2003, Rosemary founded Winters Media Consulting and through this firm she represented two large publishing groups; Source Media-formerly Thomson Media, as the Director of Latin America & the Caribbean and LatinTrade magazine as the Managing Director of Government Relations. Among her responsibilities were the generation of 100% new business development for Latin America and the Caribbean for Source Media, a $1.44 billion provider of worldwide e-information services and integrated work solutions headquartered in New York representing American Banker, US Banker, Bank Technology News, and Card Technology.
As the Managing Director for Government Relations for Latin Trade she developed special programs for the Latin American and Caribbean governments both federal and state authorities to help promote economic development and tourism to the international investment community.
From March 1990 until June of 1999 she was Vice President & Associate Publisher of
LatinFinance, a Euromoney publication. As an executive member of the management team, Rosemary was responsible for strategic planning and new business development including, budget planning and overall decision-making to achieve corporate goals for the leading monthly financial publication for Latin America. She also managed the international advertising and conference operations based in Miami with representatives in New York and London.
Rosemary Winters holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida International University, Miami, Florida 1990 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology-Second Major Business Administration from Loyola University, New Orleans, Louisiana.
An entrepreneurial media professional
Ricardo Zisis is the Publisher & Editor of Harvard Business Review América Latina. Besides being a seasoned business editor, Ricardo is also an entrepreneur himself. In 2002 he founded Impact Media, a publishing and education company which publishes Harvard Business Review in Latin America and develops conferences and executive education programs throughout the region.
Ricardo was formerly part of the founding team of América Economia, a pan-regional business magazine, where he was at different times editor-in-chief, publisher and executive vice-president, from 1986 trough 2000. During his career, Ricardo has extensively worked with, visited and supervised projects in all Latin American countries, and he has been a frequent speaker in Conferences in the region and the U.S.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a M.A. in Economics from the Universidad de Chile.
