Bonnie Saynay is the former Global Head of Responsible and Sustainable Investment at Invesco Ltd, a leading global asset management firm representing $1.2 trillion in Assets Under Management (AUM).  She is currently Founder and Principal Advisor of Global ESG Advisors.

Bonnie brings over 20 years of experience in the asset management industry in areas as such global sustainability, corporate stewardship, innovation, business development and program management. She has consulted and advised global asset owners from countries including China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the U.A.E., Oman, India, France, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, the U.K., Switzerland, Belgium, and has worked extensively across North America.

She was asked to speak and represent Responsible and Sustainable Investment in global forums such as the OECD on diversity imperatives, the Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI), the Rights and Responsibilities for Institutional Investors (RRII), the IIF (Institute for International Finance), the Investment Company Institute, the Money Management Institute and Cambridge University.

Bonnie has appeared in numerous global publications and studies, including Pensions and Investments, Investment Europe, Eurozine, Citywire, IGNITES Asia, European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) and Gulf News.

Bonnie has been an advocate for diversity, mentoring talent, both male and female, at Cambridge, Invesco, and independently. She is an avid writer and enjoys spending time with her daughters, gardening and doing interior design.
