A Change Professional with close to 20 years track record in General Management within multinational (Danone, AOL, Bel) and regional companies, followed by 8 years of consulting & coaching practice, Carl draws his experience from tenures served in the Europe, North Africa, Levant and the GCC.

On the Business front Carl has initiated and contributed to establish strategic expansion plans, led business development assignments, built operational set-ups, as well as formed and animated dynamic teams of high-potential talents.

On the people development front he is a firm believer in the servant Leadership approach to build engagement and ownership.

In order to keep abreast with the ongoing evolution in leadership models and organizational behaviors, Carl has pursued a degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas as well as an Executive Master in Consulting Coaching for Change from INSEAD-Singapore with a specific focus on Clinical approach to Management within Family businesses.

Carl has performed close to 1400 hours of coaching between Individual Executive alliances and high performance teams.
