Isha is a management consultant with 10 years of experience and expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness, and operational and process improvements.

Isha has worked across industries, including real-estate, media, e-commerce, telecom, automobiles, government, and NGOs. She has worked across cultures in North America, Middle East, Europe and South Asia.

Currently working as an independent management consultant, in her latest assignment, Isha worked with the Oliver Wyman team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to define the strategic initiatives and goals, operating model, governance and organization structure and business processes of a newly created city planning and development authority. Prior to that she worked with the World Bank streamlining their labor law processes. Before her MBA, she worked with the EY Advisory services as a senior consultant.

Following her passion for improving governance, in 2012 Isha co-founded a think tank which works with local government bodies identifying development needs of their constituency and recommending relevant solution partners. A long-time advocate for women empowerment, she is associated with Cherie Blair foundation for women where she works as a mentor to women entrepreneurs. 

Isha holds an MBA from INSEAD and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree received with honors from Hansraj College, Delhi University. She is also a qualified chartered accountant from ICAI.
