Karla is a personal development and transition coach with experience as a global leader with blue-chip companies and a C-level executive and founder of multiple start-ups with knowledge in brand strategy, innovation, market research, and advertising.

She is passionate about empowering people to unleash their potential and live a flourishing life. She partners with social entrepreneurs, executives, teams, and individuals to shift perspective, manage change, overcome challenges, and harness opportunities to obtain the growth and fulfillment they seek. Karla leverages systems thinking as well as evidence-based methodologies from the fields of positive psychology, cognitive behavioral psychology, meditation, and emotional intelligence in her coaching engagements to help create a deeper understanding and generate change.

Karla’s passion for change management stems from her own experience having lived through several personal and professional transitions, from having lived in nine countries to working in diverse work environments from large corporations, to family business, to startups.

Prior to coaching, Karla was a Managing Partner of Spectron Desarollo, responsible for creating an impact investment strategy and managing the investment portfolio. As CEO of a social innovation company, Catapulta, she introduced a highly successful strategy for engaging the youth in creating their own social innovation movements. Alongside her entrepreneurial ventures, Karla brings 10 years’ experience working at global CPG giants like Reckitt Benckiser and Avon Products, where she managed multi-million-dollar budgets to develop brandstrategies, innovation pipeline, and advertising campaigns.

Karla holds a Masters in Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, coach training from Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from New York University (NYU).
