Vivian has 15 years of cross-sectoral international experience. She has lived and worked in the US, Europe, and Asia, and has held leadership roles in a non-profit foundation, in an international policy innovation organization, and in corporate responsibility and philanthropy.

A consultant and advisor for social purpose businesses and organizations, Vivian has expertise in strategy, business planning, social innovation and entrepreneurship, governance, partnership facilitation, stakeholder engagement as well as organizational and program management.

Vivian is particularly passionate about sustainable and inclusive economic development in Asia, as well as fostering collaboration across companies, governments, and the social sector to promote societal progress and responsible business.

Vivian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, as well as an MBA from INSEAD. She was a World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellow, 2008-2011.
