Dr. Dania Dialdin is the Strategic Inclusion Manager of Diverse Profiles with McKinsey & Company in Dubai. She leads work on inclusion and diversity in the Middle East and Africa, and on disability and social diversity globally. Before taking on this role, she was an Expert in the Organization Practice at McKinsey. Since joining McKinsey in 2014, Dania has served both the public and private sector in the GCC on issues of youth, education to employment, and organizational change. She was also part of McKinsey Science of Change work, i.e. work on behavioral insights, unconscious bias and nudging.
Dania is passionate about the advancement of women, especially as entrepreneurs, and has spoken publicly about gender issues in the workplace.

Before McKinsey, Dania spent over 10 years in academia as a lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management; an assistant professor of Strategy and International Business at Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University in Boston; and as a post-doctoral research fellow in Strategy at Erasmus University in the Netherlands. Dania has won awards for her teaching on courses in Negotiations and Strategic Management. She was a finalist in the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) Best Dissertation Proposal Competition.

Dania holds a PhD in Management & Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University; a MA in International and Comparative Education from Stanford University; and a BA in Psychology and Education (minor) from Wellesley College graduating magna cum laude, Sigma Xi, and with Honors in Psychology. Dania was born and raised in Saudi Arabia.
