Mandy Richards

Mandy is a social entrepreneur fiercely passionate about human rights, animal welfare, eradicating poverty and empowering women and established Global Sisters in 2013. Mandy’ s diverse career path over the past 20 years has spanned the commercial and not-for-profit sectors where she has worked internationally on government business incubation programs in Botswana and New Zealand, as well as high profile charities including the Hamlin Fistula Hospitals in Ethiopia and locally as National Marketing Manager for the RSPCA.

Jenna Palumbo

Jenna has worked across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, with a focus on innovative approaches to improve social outcomes. She is currently the Director of the New South Wales (NSW) Behavioural Insights Unit, where she is responsible for overall strategic direction. Within the NSW government, Jenna has also been the Director of the Office of Social Impact Investment, the team leading the NSW government's approach to social investment and outcomes contracting.

Jeana offers a wealth of business leadership experience via independent consultancy and advisory services, leveraging a vast range of executive leadership roles in diverse organisations around the world. Her background is broad, including Education, Marketing, Corporate Services, Change Management, Governance, Business Transformation, Strategy & Planning, Organisation Culture & Design, Leadership, and Professional Bodies.

At the same time Patsian holds the role of Director for Policy, building a platform for Asia’s policymakers to identify how they can build stronger social impact funding ecosystems. Patsian has previously advanced the work of Johnson & Johnson's Global Community Impact team in Asia Pacific, and supported the Pay-For-Success model growth in Asia as Director for Project Advisory in Tri-Sector Associates. Previously as Senior Vice President in DBS Bank, she was head of DBS Foundation and DBS CSR, leading their work in championing social entrepreneurship


Namita Banka founded Banka BioLoo in 2008. To this day, she is the only woman to have successfully built a sanitation business in India. She is an entrepreneur with dreams but is also a visionary who has created new horizons for others to follow.

Starting with just 20K$, over the course of the past 10 years, her business has grown into a limited company and achieved an IPO of 2 MN $ in 2018. Banka Bioloo is also now listed on the Indian National stock Exchange.

Sreekant Lanka

Sreekant currently heads Programmatic Account Strategy for Google India, and leads the campaign management for emerging programmatic advertising. He has worked in finance and strategy (FP&A - Google, strategy with Accenture, Technology - Bank of NY, Credit Suisse).

Christopher Aw

Christopher is an operating adviser with Monk’s Hill Ventures, a Series A focused venture capital firm, a member of the selection committee for the German Accelerator in South East Asia as well as a mentor at Chinaccelerator in Shanghai and the MOX accelerator in Taipei. He independently advises multiple startups in varying sectors of technology and business.
