Madji Sock
Madji Sock is the Managing Director of Haskè Group and Co-Founder of Haskè Ventures, a venture studio that creates companies across health, agribusiness, and construction materials. She is also a Co-Founder of the Women’s Investment Club in Senegal and an advocate for supporting women entrepreneurs.
As managing director of Haskè Group, Madji Sock has led the creation of companies in health, agribusiness, and construction materials through Haskè Ventures, a venture studio she co-founded in September 2021. She also founded Desk SARL, which manages the Layu Café and Yeksil Café brands, demonstrating her vision for building strong, multi-country African brands.
Madji previously worked as a strategy consultant, developing Senegal’s policy documents on industrialization, research and innovation, and rapid entrepreneurship. She is Co-Founder of the Women’s Investment Club in Senegal and established TAARAL, a multi-stakeholder initiative aimed at creating a circular economy for plastics in the country. Through these efforts, she advocates for tailored mechanisms that support women throughout their entrepreneurial journeys.
Madji holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird and brings a deep commitment to building sustainable businesses and inclusive economic ecosystems. Her work combines entrepreneurship, policy insight, and social impact to empower both founders and communities in Senegal and beyond.
