With more than 16 years of experience, Marina Diboma has promoted inclusive economic development and private sector growth across Africa and Europe. She has designed and implemented innovative financing models that de-risk small and medium enterprise investments, support climate resilience, and scale market-driven solutions in agriculture, renewable energy, and entrepreneurship.
Marina is skilled at mobilizing multi-million-dollar funding from international donors, development finance institutions, and private investors to grow high-impact programs. She is recognized for building transformative public-private partnerships, shaping policy environments, and leading cross-sector collaborations that advance financial inclusion, women’s economic empowerment, gender equity, and youth employment.
Fluent in English, French, Dutch, and Spanish, Marina effectively engages governments, multilateral organizations, and private sector partners to catalyze inclusive growth.
