Nabou Fall is the founder of Nabou Fall Akademy, a training and coaching in leadership and

transformational communication academy; she has been CEO of Vizeo since 2007. Vizeo is an

advertising agency with offices in the DRC, Ivory Coast, and Mali, helping large companies implement

strategic advertising campaigns and public relations in Africa. She began her career as a board

member for 15 years - Director of Sales and Marketing, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager - in several telecommunications companies such as MTN in Ivory Coast and Congo.

Nabou Fall is a sought-after public speaker as well as a renowned personal development coach, TEDx

speaker and author, mentor in various women empowerment NGOs, and she also collaborates with many

magazines because of her commitment to empowering her African sisters. President of Wimnet, WIC

Cote-d'Ivoire (Women Investment Club) and co-founder of Impact Hub Cote-d'Ivoire, she has a

degree in Computer Science, a master's degree in finance and management from ISG Paris, and also

an engineering degree in information systems and networks from the École Supérieure de Génie

Informatique de Paris. She obtained a leadership certificate from Harvard Business School, a

Boardroom Africa certificate from IOD London, as well as a women investors certificate from IDEP and CEA.

A Certified Personal Branding Strategist (CPBS) & Certified Digital Branding Strategist (CDBS), she is

an ICF Executive Coach and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. Member of several boards

of directors including Africa Design School in Benin and ADU Niamey, as well as 2 women's

organizations including Empow'Her global and Zahara's Dream; Nabou Fall is passionate and

committed to the emergence of women leadership in Africa.
