Pauline Wink
Pauline Wink is the Founding Partner of 4impact capital, a venture capital fund based in the Netherlands. The firm invests in early-stage companies across Northwest Europe that leverage digital technology to address the world’s most pressing challenges.
Pauline brings more than two decades of global investment experience to her role at 4impact capital. She previously held senior positions at Goldman Sachs’ proprietary investment arm and served as a partner at Hayfin Capital, a leading private market investment platform.
Her investment focus lies at the intersection of digitization and sustainability, where she sees both significant potential for social and environmental impact and long-term value creation. With an international perspective shaped by living and working across three continents, Pauline combines technical expertise with strategic investment insight.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, where she specialized in power and energy.
