Rasha Rady

Dr. Rasha Rady is a pediatrician, MD, PhD, and lecturer of pediatrics at Cairo University. She co-founded Chefaa with the vision of improving patients’ accessibility and compliance, stepping out of her comfort zone to learn and practice entrepreneurship.

With a passion for teaching and training, Rasha uses her knowledge and experience to support other founders, passing forward practical guidance and insights gained from her journey. At Chefaa, she focuses on developing solutions that enhance patient care while fostering innovation in healthcare delivery.

Rasha is particularly interested in connecting with founders who are deeply passionate about the problems they are solving, offering mentorship and support to help them grow their ventures. Her work bridges medicine and entrepreneurship, demonstrating how purpose-driven leadership can generate meaningful social impact and empower others in the healthcare ecosystem.
