Samia Tnani Seidensticker is a finance and investment expert with over 25 years of experience supporting SMEs and high-growth ventures across Africa. She has held senior leadership roles in banking and private credit, and now advises startups and funds on investment readiness, blended finance, and impact strategy. Samia serves on several boards and investment committees, with a strong focus on governance, sustainability, and inclusive growth.
With over 25 years of experience in banking, private credit, and impact investing across Africa, Samia Tnani Seidensticker has developed deep expertise in empowering small and medium enterprises and early-stage companies. She previously served as Head of Credit and Head of Impact at AfricInvest Private Credit, leading investments in high-growth businesses and developing frameworks to align private capital with Sustainable Development Goal impact.
She currently advises African entrepreneurs on growth strategy, market expansion, and blended finance structuring, and serves as an Investment Readiness Expert for Digital Africa. Samia sits on the Credit Committee of MsFiT Ventures.
She is also an independent board member of Taysir Microfinance. She brings deep market insight, investor perspective, and a strong commitment to empowering purpose-driven founders through inclusive finance and long-term value creation.
