Shannon Kalayanamitr is an entrepreneur, exited founder, investor, and transformative leader with more than 20 years of experience in finance, venture capital, and technology. She is the CEO of Ikigai Group and a longtime advocate for women’s leadership and economic empowerment across Southeast Asia.
An award-winning entrepreneur and investor, Shannon has built and scaled businesses representing hundreds of millions in market value. She began her career at Lehman Brothers and PricewaterhouseCoopers before becoming the youngest director at Boonrawd International. She later founded Moxy/Orami, Southeast Asia’s pioneering women’s e-commerce platform, which she successfully exited.
As Founder and CEO of Ikigai Group, Shannon advises and supports leading companies at the intersection of impact and scalable technology. She is also co-founder of The CrestHaus, a strategic alliance dedicated to advancing women’s executive leadership in Southeast Asia.
Her influence extends across the region through her work as a former venture capitalist, Shark on Shark Tank Thailand, Senator applicant, and university professor. A sought-after speaker at global conferences on entrepreneurship and women-centric innovation, Shannon focuses her investment and advisory portfolio on female-founded startups and businesses advancing gender equity.
